Low Calorie Cocktails: Orange Coffee Bomb

Orange Coffee Bomb
Makes 1 Cocktail
180 Calories

Ingredients:

½ cup non-fat coffee-flavored frozen yogurt
2 oz. chilled, brewed coffee
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. orange-flavored liqueur
Orange slice for garnish

Procedure:

1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
2. Mix on high for 30 seconds or until drink is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Note: To enhance drink presentation, rim the glass with cinnamon- sugar. To rim this glass, run an orange wedge around the rim. Next, invert the glass and dip it into a plate of superfine sugar mixed with cinnamon. This will only add about 16 calories to the cocktail. Garnish with orange slice, as indicated above.
