Peachy-Banana Smoothie
Makes 1 Smoothie
310 Calories
Ingredients:
½ cup sliced peaches, canned in light syrup
½ small banana
½ cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup skim milk
Mint sprig (optional)
Procedure:
1. Pour peaches, banana, yogurt and milk into a blender.
2. Mix on high for one minute, or until smoothie is creamy.
3. Pour into a chilled highball glass and garnish with mint sprig.
