Vietnamese Iced Coffee
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons good quality ground coffee
boiling hot water
Vietnamese coffee press
ice
1. To a glass, add the sweetened condensed milk.
2. To the coffee press, spoon in the ground coffee and then screw in the press tightly. Place the coffee press on top of the glass. Pour boiling hot water into the coffee press, filling it to the top. Cover the coffee press with the lid. Let the coffee drip through. You can use a tip of a butter knife to loosen the press if you want the coffee to drip faster. It should take about 5 minutes.
3. When the all the water has dripped through, remove the press. Use a spoon to stir the sweetened condensed milk with the coffee. Fill the glass with ice to the top and enjoy!
