It is assumed that most women are aware that eating a well balanced diet, exercise and conducting self exams are key elements for breast health. But are women doing all they can to support breast health? How many women really know all that they should do, and how often to do it?

Lisa talks about a new initiative, called the "One A Day Women's Take A Stand Campaign." Beginning in July and going through the end of October, everyone will have the opportunity to show that they're taking a stand against breast cancer by going to www.oneaday.com, and creating a customizable character in honor of someone special. Each character created will help to spread the word about the simple things women can do to support their breast health. Additionally, for each character, the One A Day brand will make a donation to a breast cancer cause that will be determined by an online vote.
