Kid Friendly Treats: Strawberry Mice

Strawberry Mice - FOR SHOW
-Strawberry
-sliced almonds
-Black icing(in the tube)
-string licorice
-toothpick
Assorted cheeses
Pound cake(the frozen variety)optional
Slice a small amount off of one side of the strawberry so it can sit flat on a surface
For the ears, place the an almond slice on each side of the head(where ears would be)
Dab on eyes and nose with the tube icing
Use the toothpick to "drill" a hole at the end of the strawberry and place the licorice in the hole as the tail.
Serve the mice along with assorted cheeses. Or you can use a pound cake. While it is still in its semi frozen state, use a melon baler to cut out holes so it resembles a large piece of cheese.
