Robin Miller's Hearty Baked Rigatoni

Hearty Baked Rigatoni

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

$10.12 for recipe; $1.27 per serving

Ingredients:
1 pound of rigatoni or large tube pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (approximately 8 ounces)
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 jar (1 pound and 10 ounces) of Ragu Old World Style Sweet Tomato Basil Smooth Pasta Sauce, divided

Preheat oven to 350°. Toss hot rigatoni, 1-1/2 cups of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and 1/2 jar of pasta sauce; turn into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Evenly pour on remaining pasta sauce.

Bake covered for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and let stand until cheese is melted.
