Where to stay for family fun in Panama City Beach, Florida. Southern Living shows you some of our favorites that have great kids programs and gives you some questions to consider if you want to book a house or condo.

Condos are individually owned and so each is different. Sometimes being different is good . . . sometimes not so much.

Questions to ask when renting a condo:
When was the property last renovated
When were the pictures on the web site taken and what time of year, etc.
