Coming up in April on the streets of St. Petersburg is the 2009 Honda Grand Prix and the Acura Sports Car Challenge. Both events are loads of fun and in fact they bill it as the World's Fastest Spring Break Party. They also offer a woman's race car driving class. If you haven't visited St. Petersburg recently it really reinvented itself.

There is also the Sebring International raceway in central Florida. It is the oldest permanent road racing track in North America. All of the legends have raced at Sebring: Mario Andretti, A.J. Foyt and the list goes on and on.

There is a lot for the family in Daytona. Year around they offer the Daytona 500 experience, which kids love and there is an Imax movie, so you can see the cars and track close up.

Another thing to check out is a lot of the drivers are now offering driving experiences where you can actually get behind the wheel.
