You better shop around
It's a perfect time for bargain shoppers to find deals on a whole lot of things including cars. Plus, Congress just said it's your duty as an American to spend money. Here with some tips on getting the best deals you can is Tim Wilkins from FreedomDebt.com

- It's all in the timing (Shop during quiet times in the store. Use the salesperson's undivided attention to haggle)
- Talk to the right person (There is something to be said for working with the friendliest salesperson, if they can't help you, try their manager.)
