36 prebaked phyllo dough shells
1½ tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 tsp. Kahlua
½ cup sugar
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. egg
3 tbsp. toffee bits (Skor)
1. Preheat oven to 350. Place one phyllo cup into each of 36 miniature muffin cups.
2. Combine coffee granules, hot water, and Kahlua in a small bowl. Place coffee mixture, sugar, cream cheese, flour, vanilla and egg in a food processor, process until smooth. Spoon about one tbsp. of the mixture into each phyllo cup and sprinkle with the toffee bits.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until set. Remove from pans and cool on a rack.
