Visit your local farmers market to buy your food. Buying local helps the community as well as the environment

Before you toss things away, check to see if you can recycle them. You never know. Now more than ever before, your inexpensive tableware can be dishwasher safe and therefore recyclable.

If you are using paper and plastics, look for products made from recycled and or bio-degradable materials.
