White Tea Fizz
1oz white tea infused Belvedere Intense
Dash lemongrass infused simple syrup
Shake with cubed ice and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.
Garnish with a slither of lemongrass
Apple and Sage Julep
1.5 oz Hennessy Black
2.5 oz apple puree
6-8 fresh sage leaves
Dash simple syrup
Add all ingredients to a julep cup and top with crushed ice, churn. Re top with crushed ice and garnish with a sage leaf.
Fiery Raspberry Mule
1.5 oz Belvedere Black Raspberry
Dash chilli infused simple syrup
1/2 diced fresh lime
Ginger Beer
Muddle lime with simple syrup. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Pour into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish wth a lime wedge.
