Americana artist and Nashville songwriter Jill King has previously enjoyed a warranted amount of success as a country music artist, and now takes a new direction with her new independent release, Rain on Fire. While performing at venues and wineries in California and Texas, and preparing to head to the East Coast in June, King has been recently featured in Country Weekly, profiled on Inside Music Row, appeared on morning shows throughout Texas and Tennessee, and received favorable reviews from music critics and industry tastemakers.

As an Alabama native, King's country-bluesy style attracts the southern market, and with a vocal resemblance to Lucinda Williams and Roseanne Cash, King has a growing female fanbase. Her time spent touring on the back of her country releases throughout Europe and Japan affords her a global audience that continues to follow her career.
