Prepare 2 (8.5-oz.) pouches ready-to-serve basmati rice* according to package directions. Sauté 1 cup diced red onion in 3 Tbsp. melted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until tender; stir in 11/2 cups halved seedless red grapes, 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries, and 2 Tbsp. white or regular balsamic vinegar. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans, 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, and 1/2 tsp. salt; cook, stirring often, until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. Hands-On Time: 20 min., Total Time: 20 min.

*2 (8.8-oz.) pouches ready-to-serve whole grain brown-and-wild rice may be substituted; omit salt.
